Delivery timing and charges depend on destination, stock availability and whether an item is ready-made or bespoke. Final delivery information is shown or confirmed before the order proceeds.
Returns
Contact Ribaat promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Personalized, made-to-measure and approved bespoke products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. Eligibility is reviewed against the individual order.
